HD Mining (a JV between Chinese companies Huakan and Canadian Dehua) planning a coal mine, finds itself in complications over the propsoed use of ~300 Chinese mine workers, The Province reported. UPDATE: In the next few days, the Temporary Foreign Worker Program got more attention from politicians, following public outrage with RBC's use of the program.
